ValueStar Rates Companies So You Can Make Better Decisions

ValueStar's Mission:

Our Promise to You:

1. We promise to put the customer first. All ratings will be completed with integrity and accuracy.

2. Only those companies that pass all four of ValueStar's rating steps will be licensed to use ValueStar Certified.

3. Use of ValueStar Certified expires 12 months from the date it is earned. In order for each qualified company to continue to display ValueStar Certified, it must undergo the license, insurance and complaint status check at that time. Additionally, every 24 months, each qualified company must undergo and pass a completely new full customer satisfaction rating.
